JOB TITLE: Accounts Administrator/Part Time Permanent
SALARY: £18,000 per annum pro rata
HOURS: Flexible up to 25 hours per week
Job key roles and responsibilities
The role will involve assisting the office manager in producing daily sales invoices, monthly VAT returns, bank lodgements and month end reports. This will further involve additional office duties including answering the telephone and dealing with queries from suppliers and customer orders. Maintaining the company purchase ledger system. Allocating of receipts to debtors and payments to general ledger accounts.
The Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, Knowledge of Sage Accounts software, good computer literacy skills accompanied with Microsoft office applications.
