GRP Service Riser Systems

In order to meet our own rigorous quality standards, we use only the highest grade materials and latest manufacturing techniques. This means that all Relinea products conform to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System. Our Advanced Composite Structural Products are changing how specifiers think about Building Design in terms of ease of installation and the longevity of the product.

Our GRP Re-Riser System is an inclusive Service Riser Flooring and Support System manufactured entirely in GRP. The Re-Riser System delivers substantial installation benefits over traditional used steel grating. In addition our GRP Service Riser Systems outperform their conventional steel, aluminium and timber counterparts across all key criteria.

Relinea's GRP Service Riser System is ideal for filling service riser voids as the grating can be cut around the ducting without weakening it as our Re-Grid Open Mesh Grating has Bi-directional Strength meaning additional supports are not required.

Design

Relinea’s GRP Re-Riser System is fully designed to suit each project and the customer’s requirements. Our Design Team will use AutoCAD and Solidworks to deliver a full design during the production phase.

Relinea is available to measure sites across the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Fabrication

Relinea's experienced fabrication will cut the service riser system to the exact measurements of approved drawings. However due to the flexibility of GRP and the reality of building works; our GRP risers can be altered on site using common tools.

Installation

Relinea’s GRP Re-Riser System can be up to 80% lighter than steel. This means that the material can be easily transported throughout the site and manually handled into position, eliminating the requirement of heavy lifting equipment and significantly reducing installation costs.

In addition we have our fully trained and skilled installation team who can travel to any site across the United Kingdom and Ireland. The experienced and qualified installation team will ensure the product is fully installed and project completed quickly and efficiently.
