ISG Construction choose Relinea GRP Service Riser Grating

Our installation team is currently on-site at Eastcheap Court in London installing our GRP service riser grating for ISG.

This major redevelopment located in the heart of the city is due to complete in Q1 2023. An intelligent building set behind a historic period facade, Eastcheap Court has been newly re-designed by Trehearne Architects and Fletcher Preist, to provide up to 33,652 sq ft of best-in-class HQ office space.

ISG brought us on board this project as containment was already in place. Our GRP Riser Guard solution was used due to ease of installation. Unlike steel, GRP flooring can be easily installed at any stage during building construction or refurbishment works.

Along with all the usual benefits of GRP such as its high strength-to-weight ratio, anti-slip properties, impact resistance, and non-conductivity, there are numerous reasons why Riser Guard makes the perfect solution:

⭐GRP provides a flexible & practical solution that takes away the challenges of riser flooring installation and will reduce overall costs.
⭐By specifying Riser Guard you can close out the risk assessment for falls and fires at the design stage.
⭐Riser Guard eliminates the need for costly edge protection thus avoiding continuous inspection & surveillance.
⭐Individual Pre-packaged Kits that are pre-fabricated to suit each riser can be easily transported around the site.
