Today, June 20th, is Employee Ownership Day 2025, a moment to celebrate the power of shared responsibility and collective ambition. At Relinea, it’s a celebration that carries even more meaning as we reflect on the remarkable progress we’ve made since becoming an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

Since transitioning to an EOT just over three years ago, Relinea has nearly doubled its turnover. What was initially forecasted to take five years was achieved in just three: the full repayment of our financial obligations to the previous owner. This early milestone is a powerful reflection of the dedication, drive, and collective resilience of our team.

At the heart of this success lies our new management structure and evolved leadership approach. By embracing a more collaborative and transparent management style, we’ve fostered a culture of shared ownership and accountability. Decision making has become more inclusive, with an emphasis on empowerment and trust. Our leadership team has prioritised open communication, continuous development, and strategic agility, allowing us to respond swiftly to market opportunities and internal innovation.

Strategically, we have focused on long term value creation, reinvesting profits into operational improvements, sustainable practices, and employee development. Our customer first mindset, coupled with leaner internal processes and sharper performance metrics, has enabled us to scale efficiently without compromising quality or service.
