Relinea is proud to celebrate the achievements of three members of our management team who have recently completed their Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership.

Chris Cundell (General Manager), Michael Watson (Estimating Manager) and Andrew Clingan (Design Manager) were delighted to attend their graduation ceremony on Friday 13th March, where they formally received their certificates following months of dedicated study and professional development.

What is the Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership?

 

The Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership is an advanced professional qualification designed for senior managers and aspiring strategic leaders. It focuses on developing the knowledge and skills required to shape organisational strategy, lead teams effectively, and make informed decisions at a senior level.

The qualification sits at Level 7 on the UK Regulated Qualifications Framework, equivalent to postgraduate-level study. It is aimed at experienced managers responsible for translating business strategy into operational performance and driving organisational success.

Through the programme, participants develop expertise in areas such as:
