Problem/Challenge

The client had considered the use of high visibility anti-slip paint, however this would have had to be re-painted and maintained every few years, resulting in high maintenance costs.

Solution

Due to the durability and low maintenance costs of Relinea’s GRP Anti-Slip range, our products were considered an extremely effective long term solution, and we were awarded the sub-contract to supply and install the anti-slip products by H&J Martin.

When planning our installation, we had to negotiate with the client regarding the access to the front of the courthouse and ensure that the area continually remained safe and accessible for pedestrians whilst the installation was carried out. This required a great deal of flexibility and speed from our installation team as not to cause obstructions for pedestrians attempting to access the court house. This was achieved and the installation ran smoothly.
