Relinea is seeking  a Document Controller to join our team. We are an innovative and ambitious GRP product design & fabrication company based in Crumlin.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and set up project documentation effectively.
• Monitor design team documents and drawing portal.
• Collation of information from site teams; support site team with general project administration.
• Organise and maintain documents in a systematic manner, ensure all documents are up to date and stored securely.
• Monitor document changes and revisions.
• Assist in the retrieval of documents as needed.
• Development of QC docs.
• Assisting with ISO 9001.
• Assist with administration for production.
• Completion of O&M manuals.
• On boarding of site personnel throughout Europe

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous experience in an Administration / Support role.
• Previous experience in document management, ideally with electronic document management systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working within the construction / engineering or related sectors
• Experience working on European projects would be beneficial
