Lurgan Credit Union Put Safety First With Relinea Anti-Slip Solutions

For health and safety reasons, Lurgan Credit Union has installed our GRP anti-slip solutions over their old, tiled entrance.

In the wet and icy weather, the entrance to the credit union could become quite hazardous, so we were approached to install our Re-Grip Ultra Plate and Covers along with our Re-Tread Covers with yellow nosing on the steps. As our GRP anti-slip solutions were being retrofitted, we used specialist drills and fixings for installing onto the existing tiles.

As part of the Relinea Re-Grip ULTRA range, our Re-Grip Ultra Plate and GRP Landing Covers are fabricated using our Embedded Grit Technology. This unique system provides an incredibly hardwearing and extremely slip-resistant finish. They have an exceptionally hard-wearing integral grit surface that will not chip or wear over time. Requiring little to no maintenance, they have an impressive 50-year design life, far surpassing that of other brands.

Our GRP nosings have been designed for high footfall applications both internally and externally. They provide increased safety underfoot, even in wet, oily, or icy conditions. The GRP nosing also adds a highly visual sightline, further improving safety by ensuring the edge of the step is seen in poorly lit conditions.
